Return policy

Items purchased from SHLOKIFY are eligible for return within 3 days (including the day of delivery) only under specific conditions. Returns are applicable in cases of misprinting or if the items received are damaged or defective. No return will be allowed for correctly received products as per the order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please give us up to 4-6 working hours to reply to your mail and provide proper resolution.  

To initiate a return or raise a replacement request, please submit your inquiry via email at support@shlokify.com, including the order ID (e.g., SKY10000) in the subject. Consolidate all queries into a single email thread to streamline the resolution process. Exchange/return requests are processed once per order.

Ensure that exchanged products have the original sticker label, are properly folded, and well-packed to prevent damage during transit; otherwise, the exchange will not be processed.

For misprinted, damaged, or defective items, send pictures of the product along with the original packaging, shipping label, and customer details to support@shlokify.com. After verification by our support team, the refund/exchange process will be initiated and communicated via email. Refunds will be processed to the same bank account/debit card/credit card used for the purchase within 10 days ( net banking - 2 to 10 days, debit/credit card - 5 to 10 days, UPI - 2 to 7 days, COD - within 2 days after receiving the product without damage at our end ). We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrectly provided addresses.

Refusal to accept a damaged package during delivery is advised. Items can be exchanged at no additional cost for misprinting or damaged/defective items.

Sale items or items purchased with a discount code are non-refundable unless delivered damaged or with printing/material issues. Contact customer support with images for assistance.

T-shirt colors and designs may slightly vary, and slight variations do not qualify for returns or refunds. Products used or washed once are not eligible for exchange or refund. Free exchanges are available for size issues, but no refunds are provided for size-related concerns.

Important Note: Unbox packages carefully; refunding won't be possible for damages caused during opening unless an unpacking video or images of the courier cover are provided. If you notice any damage on the package while receiving it, mention it in the remarks while signing.

Inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately for defective, damaged, or wrong items, providing images of the defect and original packaging at support@shlokify.com 

 CANCELLATION POLICY:

  1. Order Not Processed: As a general rule, buyer shall not be entitled to cancel order once placed. Buyer may choose to cancel order within 6 hours of order placement. If your cancellation request is received before we process your order, we will cancel it immediately. The refund will be initiated to the same bank account/debit card/credit card used during the purchase.

  2. Printed Products: Once a product is printed, cancellation requests cannot be approved. In such cases, the product will follow the standard delivery process.

  3. Cash on Delivery Orders: For Cash on Delivery Orders, cancellations are not allowed once the product has been dispatched through our delivery partner. 

  4. Order Refusal: Under certain circumstances, we may need to cancel an order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion. If the order is prepaid, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Customers will be informed via email in case of order refusal or cancellation.   Cancellation in the event if the address provided by Buyer is either wrong or falls outside the delivery zone. Failure to contact Buyer by phone or email at the time of delivering the order. Failure to deliver order due to lack of information, direction or authorization from Buyer at the time of delivery.  Unavailability of all the items ordered by Buyer at the time of booking the order.
